We pack each order with care, however on the rare occasion something might arrive damaged in shipping we will replace the item at no cost to you or credit the item cost if the item is no longer available. We will need the damaged item back before processing any credits.
If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged:
Before sending back the item, Contact Us as soon as possible to report the issue. We will give you return instructions and send out a replacement (if available) along with a pre-paid return shipping tag.
*We will NEED a photo of the damaged items before we will send a replacement. Preferably via email.*
Other Returns:
If you change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days, at your cost, providing condition of item remains the same as when it was shipped. We offer only Store Credit for Returns (excluding outgoing shipping costs, those will be deducted from the amount you are credited) and will contact you once it has arrived and been processed. Please contact us prior to sending something back and include a note in the box so we can quickly process your return for you.

Consignment Returns:
Consignment Items have a shorter Return window as these items are not 'owned' by Treefrog Treasures. You will have 14 days from time of receipt (we can check the Tracking Information to verify this) to contact us regarding any issues or potential return. Refund will only be as Store Credit for the item as long as the item and its box are in original condition stated in the item description. Original shipping costs to you will be subtracted from the amount logged as Store Credit.
