These sets add three more wonderfully sculpted and painted French figures which portray desperation, resolution, and final dissolution of the Grand Armee during the winter Retreat from Russia in 1812.
First Legion will continue to move this range forward with a wide variety of both French/French Allied and Russian sets and vignettes. It is anticipated that this sub range will become a full separate range in and of itself as the possibilities of what can be created are near limitless because of the non-standard nature of what was worn and the amalgamation of various units to fight with each other. This allows First Legion to approach each figure as a true individual piece rather than doing a standard Napoleonic "unit" as has been done in the past.
