This is a Consignment sale item we are offering. It comes bubble wrapped in a generic box and is in very good condition.
There are some paint chips and loose rubble. One railing is in pieces. The roof is detached but lines back up. Looks good with or without! It all lends to realism of a 'bombed out building"!
