We pack each order with care, however on the rare occasion something might arrive damaged in shipping we will cheerfully replace the item at no cost to you, or refund your money whichever you prefer.
If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged:
Before sending back the item, contact us as soon as possible to report the issue. We will give you return instructions and send out a replacement (if available) along with a pre-paid return shipping tag.
If you change your mind or are not satisfied with an item you may return the item within 30 days, at your cost, providing condition of item remains the same as when it was shipped. We will credit the purchase price back to your credit card, issue store credit or a refund check whichever you prefer. Please contact us prior to sending something back and include a note in the box so we can quickly process your return for you.
