General Walther von Seydlitz
This second "personality" figure for the Stalingrad figure range is the German LI Corps Commander Walther von Seydlitz. Seydlitz was a seasoned field commander by the time of Stalingrad having been promoted to command the LI Corps after his division forced a breakout of the Demyansk pocket. Not surprisingly, Seydlitz pushed hard for the encircled German Sixth Army to breakout of the Kessel and ignore Hitler's orders, almost to the point of insubordination. He was captured along with the rest of the 6th Army and became a controversial figure after the war, eventually being returned to Germany in 1955. This figure is meant to be displayed with GERSTAL046 General Friedrich Paulus.
