Military history is a vast body of knowledge chronicling warfare from ancient times to the present.
The focus of these web pages, however, is a narrower one which attempts to provide collectors and
creators of
military miniatures with information useful for their hobby. The content of these pages will
be developed
gradually, beginning with those areas most popular with today's collectors. Thus the
earliest topics covered will be related to Modern Warfare from the 18th Century to the present day.
Eventually four broad areas of military history will be covered:
Ancient
Medieval
Early Modern (15th -17th Century)
Modern (18th Century-Present)
Each era will be subdivided into the wars of that time period and each war will have its own subdivisions.
