How To Order
Secure Online Ordering
You can purchase any item using our secure online ordering system in either of two ways. Both begin by logging-in to the website using the ‘My Account’ button. This will store your information in a secure format for current and future orders.
The fastest way to order is through the ‘Quick Order Form.’ If you know the item numbers that you desire to purchase you can simply list the numbers and quantities on that form. If you have more items than will fit on the form, simply fill out the form, add the items to your shopping cart, and return to the Quick Order Form to add additional items.
The standard method of ordering is the one that most web sites employ. Click the "Add to your shopping cart" icon on each individual item's page to begin the ordering process. Click on ‘View Cart’ when you have finished and follow the instructions to complete the order.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Paypal payments. We also accept checks & money orders drawn on US banks in US funds.
Pre-Orders
We offer the option to pre-order items that have not yet been released by the manufacturer. While we collect the credit card information on these orders at the time they are placed, we do not charge your credit card until the items are in stock and ready to ship. If you desire to make an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items you will be prompted to choose whether you want the entire order shipped at once or whether you would like the pre-order items shipped separately. There is a $4 shipping charge for every shipment, so choosing this option will incur additional shipping costs.

Ordering via Postal Mail
Please use our secure online shopping cart even if you plan to send payment by mail. You can purchase any item using our secure online ordering system. Click the "Add to your shopping cart" icon on each individual item's page to begin the ordering process. Then click on the "Continue Shopping" icon to add more items to your shopping cart, or click "Checkout Now" if you are finished shopping. Follow the directions from there to complete checkout.
At checkout, you can indicate if you will be mailing credit card information or check or money order. It is especially important for customers wishing to pay by post to complete the checkout process so we can reserve your items for you until your payment arrives. Please provide your email address when you place your order so we can send you an order confirmation.
We ship same or next business day upon receipt of money orders or credit card payments. Orders made by personal check may be held 7 days to allow the check to clear.

Ordering by Fax
If you would like to fax us your order and credit card information, please use the secure online shopping cart when checking out click "Fax or Mail Payment." Follow the instructions, submit the form you will then get a page you can print out to fax and complete your order.

Ordering by Telephone
We are happy to answer questions and take your credit card orders over the phone. We are a small family-owned business, so we are not always here to take calls, but generally you can reach us Monday-Friday: 8:30AM-5PM (Central Time). We are often here to answer the phone on Saturdays as well. If you leave a message we will return your call as soon as possible.

Sales Tax
Minnesota residents please add 6.5% sales tax. The $4 shipping is included in the taxable amount. If you are not a Minnesota resident there is no sales tax.

Shipping within the US
We offer free domestic shipping (including APO) on all orders $20 and over. Orders under $20 have a $4 shipping charge. We ship same or next business day via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the weight of the package. Please call to make arrangements for expedited shipping at the actual shipping cost.

International Orders and Shipping
We welcome international customers! Treefrog Treasures offers free International Priority shipping on all orders $250 and over. Currently all orders from $0-$100 incur a $15 shipping fee and orders $101-$249 incur a $25 fee. It is easy to order from other countries using our secure on-line shopping cart. All international orders must be paid in US funds.
