Well, here we are in
bad news… the good news is all of us at K&C are well and still working
away. A big thank you for the many kind wishes from dealers and collectors
alike…it’s nice to know you’re thinking of us.
Now, down to business…
1. RETURN OF THE LEIBSTANDARTE
At long last, after a couple of hitches, the all-new black-clad
Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler will be ready to ship out from May 5th.
As you may have guessed or already know most of the figures are available as
single pieces (the exceptions are the new 9 piece Fife & Drum Band, the
Lampposts and the 6 figure Hitler Staff Car).
We are also producing LAH20A Reichsfuhrer Heinrich
Himmler --- this is a
single standing figure based on the saluting Himmler which appeared in one
of our earlier Staff Car sets. Now, he’s available on a standing base
similar to the other new LAH “personality” figures.
However as a special introductory offer we have created 5-boxed sets of
groups of 4 x LAH figures.
Just 50 of each set are available so don’t delay if you want them. To see
what’s on offer, please see attached table.

Sorry we cannot reserve stocks for later shipment dates after May 15th.
2. STOCK CLEARANCE ALMOST CLEARED OUT!
The response to last month’s “Stock Clearance Bonanza” was excellent. The
vast majority of these older items were sold out immediately.
However, there’re still a few bits and pieces available. If you need more
or if you’ve not ordered yet please let us know. Please see the attached
table.
3. BEING RETIRED BUT SOME ARE STILL AVAILABLE
SP08 “The Knocked-Out Stug”
SP09 “Abandoned Hanomag”
SP10 “Ambushed Kubelwagen”
All 3 of these mini diorama pieces are being retired to make way for some
very big diorama pieces.
4. DEALER PRICE LIST & NEW FLYERS
Just recently you should have received our updated price list and a whole
bunch of new, full-color flyers featuring our D.DAY American GI’s…WW2
Germans… Napoleonics and the quarterly “COLLECTOR” journal. I hope you
and your customers like them.
Coming up next is the latest version of our “Streets of Old Hong Kong”
flyer --- it’s packed full of new releases as well as the old favorites.
If you need to order more of any of our full-color flyers please let us
know.
5. “OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM”
The rumors are flying… the scuttlebutt is scuttling… there are whispers in
high places…Yes it’s all true!!!
K&C have designed and are producing the War in
decided that push was going to move into shove and to initiate our own
miniature “regime change” and “search for weapons of mass destruction”.
We’ve come up with a great and unique little collection of figures and a
vehicle that are as topical and timely as a bunch of “bunker busters” and
“cluster bombs”.
Here’s what you can look out for…
SF04 4 US Marines in action
SF05 4 British Royal Marines in action
SF06 a T62 Battle tank
SF07 3 of Saddam’s Republican Guards plus a fallen Saddam Statue

D.DAY ADDITIONS IN JULY
Because we are utilizing maximum factory production
for “OPERATION IRAQI
FREEDOM” we will unfortunately have to delay release of the new D.DAY
figures and vehicles until July.
So that’s the story so far…lots of info that I hope will be useful to you
and your clients.
